Flaviu sold a house on my street in 2014 and the sellers gave him a glowing recommendation for our house hunting. We got off to a fast start and Flaviu kept up with our busy schedules. As we toured various houses his inviting personality and keen eye were a great asset. A short time later when we found a house we were interested in he confidently provided an offer price that was aggressive, but fair (justified by comps. and market conditions). We put the offer in and after a couple days of negotiation the seller agreed to a price very close to the target number we were hoping for. Flaviu navigated us through many inspections, procedures, and forms with ease. At the end of the day, we closed escrow on the house we wanted, for the price we wanted, in the timeline we wanted. We are very thankful and appreciative for the sacrifices Flaviu made to make this happen.
The review doesn’t capture just how much time you will really spend with an agent. Flaviu really sets himself apart from the competition by how responsive and accommodating he makes himself to your life, and he does this while juggling his personal life and other clients at the same time.
