Sacramento real estate market is warming up faster than the temperature outside. It is getting HOT!
I spent last weekend preparing for the open house on our Antelope listing. We had done a terrific job marketing and ensuring this listing got all the traffic and respect it deserves as it shows GREAT. Even so, we were pleasantly surprised to have such a great turn out and receive multiple offers. We have received by the end of Saturday, 7 great offers. ALL over asking price with great terms for our sellers.
7 hearts, 7 offers, 1 heart is fulfilled and happy but 6 hearts are broken. Not a good ratio for a Valentine`s Day, but we are hoping that we can mend those hearts soon.
