Our Founder
FAB Realty founder and owner, Flaviu Budean, provides the strategic directions of the company at large. Through mentoring the agents of the company, he continues to embed into the agents the same principles and beliefs that helped him become the person he is today.
Flaviu graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a concentration on Real Estate and Land Development. Flaviu is also a Private Pilot and graduate of Advanced International Aviation Academy.
Involved with the real estate world from age 19, Flaviu has accumulated experience in the lending industry, customer service and sales, real estate sales, and company ownership.
Flaviu’s greatest passion is assisting people with one of their greatest investment (if not the greatest investment) of their lifetimes. Helping someone purchase or sell a house–creating a home for his or her family–gives a real estate professional the greatest reward he or she can ask for.
